Information we use
- Launch-list details: your email address, consent date and the last time you asked to join.
- Security and delivery data: our service providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser, time and requested page to deliver and protect the site.
- Local site data: your browser stores the latest anonymous catalogue totals for up to 10 minutes and, if you join, a random opt-out token. The token is not your email address.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The public catalogue totals are aggregated and do not identify you.
Why we use it
We use your email address with your consent to send FirstPrice launch updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We use limited technical data where necessary for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the website.
Who processes it
Our website host processes requests needed to serve the site. Supabase stores the launch list in its Ireland region. We do not sell your personal information. If a provider handles information outside the UK, we require an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list details until you opt out or for no longer than 12 months after the public launch, whichever comes first. Providers keep short-lived technical logs under their operational security and legal retention schedules.

Every launch email will include an unsubscribe option. If you joined on this browser and still have its opt-out token, you can remove the associated address now.
Your rights
